RFPPROTM
- Customers submit RFP (Request For Proposal) on various websites, social media and through strategic partnerships into the PROCENTER application.
- Our system validates the customer on entry into the system.
- Based on the customers location and category of service requested we match them with your business.
- You will receive an email notification of a new customer RFP and have the opportunity to review the RFP to see if its the right fit for you.
- When you are interested in the project, start a conversation with them.
Customer’s are at various stages in the buying cycle some of in a hurry and ready to go and some are doing research for a future project. We provider you with tools to track this and manage your connections.
Who receives the notifications of RFP
Our system collects and associates service providers based on category of service and zip codes. We then send the notification details to local providers based on PRORANKTM.
PRORANKTM
The PRORANKTM system evaluates many factors associated with your profile eg: your interaction with the PROCENTER, interaction with customers, PROAWARDS to and from customers, purchase history & more to define your PRORANKTM. Basically it rewards business for engaging with customers and creating a good experience for the customer and your ability to service the customer. The PRORANKTM is not exposed to customers ; its purpose is to prioritize the sending of the notification. No one knows your PRORANK other than our staff and you. PRORANKTM is triggered based on the customers location so you might be the first contact in one zip code but not receive notification of and RFP in another. If you receive notification of and RFP then your PRORANK is on par for that customers location.
PROAWARDSTM
Reviews are great but… as we all know the issues with reviews. The PROAWARDS system enables customer’s to awards you for various aspects of the project and each customer can give you up to 3 awards. The more PROAWARDS you receive the higher your PRORANK will be.
When you have a customer that you want to give a PROAWARDSTM to you are able to. Thank them for selecting you. When that customer engages with other businesses they will see the CUSTOMERAWARDS and can use that to judge if they are a good fit for them before hand.
LOCAL-PRO Business PROFILE
When you start a conversation with a customer your profile is available to the customer. They can see the contact details as you have defined them as well as see additional details that you provide for the customers to review such as; Business description, Warranty, Licensing, insurance, PROAWARDS etc. When you start a conversation your presentation to the customer displays these additional badges.
